Is designing the website all you do?
No. We can register the domain on your behalf, we arrange the hosting, design, and of course implement the site. Once active you can purchase our services to manage the site. This covers any updates to the content you want to make ie new services, any problems ie links stop working, ensure the code of the site is correct as browsers constantly keep evolving and more.

Yes. We can maintain the site for you or give your site a face lift with a redesign.

Yes we put a lot of effort in to getting your site as high as possible on Search Engines. We are even open to you suggesting your own tags. Also for 2 weeks after launch we use Google to closely monitor trawl errors. This were Google has encountered problems when browsing your site.
Who supplies the wordings and photos
You - the client does. We would prefer you to do this via email. We would prefer the wordings to be on a MS Word document or similar. If you do how ever have any problems we are of course on hand to help.
What if I don't like the design?
From the very first contact we will work closely with you. At every opportunity we welcome your input. If you don't like something, we will work tirelessly to make it right. Also you can of course provide your own design.
I only have a small to medium sized business, how will a website help?
A professional looking website together with the right domain name and hosting will not only help your business grow but also give you a professional look to compete with anyone. Once your site is loaded you will be appearing on sites such as Google.
What are the costs for a website design? Is it true there are hidden costs?
All costs are explained upfront. What we tell you is what you pay. Costs varies on the size and style of your site.
What do I need on my site? Apart from the obvious, we can help you decide what you need on it from databases, to the ability to have a live agent to help users.
Will everyone see the same site?
We live in a ever growing mobile world. We can make your site appear the same on every size screen. However larger sites may need customising to appear on mobiles and tablet.
When it comes to desktop and laptop monitors, we test your site on as many different browsers and resolutions as possible. However from time to time difficulties such as browser behaviours and toolbars may alter your site beyond our control.
Will the site always be accessible?
No web design or hosting company can guarantee to be online 100% of the time. However the chances of it going offline are slim. And of course if it does we will be on hand to help.
